Hello, I'm Adriana, Clinical Psychologist and founder of Ease of Mind Psychology.
Across both public and private health settings, I've had the opportunity to work alongside people experiencing a wide range of challenges, each with their own experiences, strengths, and stories. I believe therapy can provide a space to step back from what's weighing on you and make sense of what you're going through.
My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I draw on evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals. I aim to build insight and support lasting change, helping you move towards a life aligned with your values and what matters most. This may involve gently reflecting what I notice, offering different perspectives, and at times challenging you in ways that support growth and change.
I see the therapeutic relationship as central to that process. You know yourself and your life best; my role is to bring the knowledge and tools to help you navigate what you're facing, build new skills, and take your next steps.
I understand that reaching out for support isn't always easy, so creating somewhere you feel safe, comfortable, and free from judgement is at the heart of how I work.
