Understanding the cost of therapy shouldn't be confusing. Here's a clear breakdown of session fees and rebates.

With a valid Mental Health Care Plan

If you hold a Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for a rebate on up to 10 sessions each calendar year. Speak with your GP to find out more about accessing this.

Private health insurance may also cover all or part of your session fee, depending on your level of cover and provider. We recommend checking directly with your fund to confirm your eligibility and any applicable rebate.

The Australian Psychological Society recommends a fee of $318 per session. Our fees sit well below this benchmark — a deliberate choice, reflecting our belief that quality mental health care should be within reach for as many people as possible.
Cancellation policy

Please give us
plenty of notice

We understand life doesn't always go to plan, and sometimes appointments need to shift. Because each session time is held specifically for you, the following policy applies:

Less than 24 hours' notice
Cancelling or rescheduling within this window will incur the full session fee.
More than 24 hours' notice
No fee applies if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

To help with this, you'll automatically receive a text and email reminder ahead of your appointment, giving you the chance to reschedule if needed.
